Shipping is done via Royal Mail within the UK or Parcel Force depending on how heavy is the package to be sent.
Shipping costs are calculated based on material weight plus small amount for handling the order.
Mosaic to fit wants you to be satisfied with our service and we don’t mind to refund your money back in case you need to return your goods.
For that we make our return policy simple and clear
You can easily return or exchange any goods bought from Mosaic to fit within 14 days from the date you receive them.
How to do that?
We can send you a refund or exchange your goods if this is your wish. Articles on sale are not refundable or exchangeable.
Just send us back your goods, within 14 days as from the day you received your order, using a secure Post Office service.
It is fine to return either part or the hole parcel you have received. You are the one to decide what to return to us.
Don’t forget to include the invoice in the box with all the goods you wish to return or to mention clearly your full name, order number and invoice number, so we can easily find you in our records.
As soon as we get the goods in perfect conditions of use we will make a credit invoice and pay the money back(or send an exchange) in a week time counting from the day of the goods arrival in our dependences.
Allow some days before you have the credit from us in your account. The refund has to go through a hole banking system. And don’t forget, banks have different ways to work.
You should return the material in the same good conditions you have got them at your address!
Perfect conditions means:
Refund doesn’t include the original postage and packing costs and also doesn’t cover your postage costs for sending the item back.
We guarantee our quality also in packing our orders in a proper way to get to you in safe conditions.
We can’t held responsible for goods lost and damaged in the post.

Compliments and Complaints Procedure
We would be happy and glad to get a nice compliment letter but we are always going to consider a complaint letter very important.
